QUALITY CONTROL
All the departments as mentioned above, insists to maintain quality control which is never ending process till the work is completed. Various Tests, which cannot be carried out under Field Laboratory, are conducted under specifically designated Laboratories situated all over India or as per Clients requirement and satisfaction.
Moreover, various items which have to be used for Bridge or other works are directly checked for approve by the employer at the manufacturing Plant before procurement. We have procure many other items only through the Firms approved by Railways /RDSO as a check to maintain quality.
Thus, it may be concluded that our work passes through three tier Tests, checking and inspection which are needed to maintain High strength for high speed running railway traffic.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
Our activities are performed under strict working norms, procedure & standards to achieve already set and desired specific target with high safety standard for our workmen.
The Department noted above strongly insist to maintain quality at each and every step during execution of work. The Work Completion Certificate issued by employer may be deemed as abundant proof of quality which has not been compromised at any stage.
However, we at our own cannot issue quality assurance certificate for us
Moreover, we are 25 years old Civil Contractors & Engineers The structures, buildings or Bridges executed by us for different departments have never been failed, collapsed or rejected by employer, such time tested performance may be deemed as “Assurance for Quality” Product.
